Agency Executive

Main responsibilities:: - Field general enquiries and pass on sales briefs and messages to wider team.
- Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
- Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships to develop the customer base.
- Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies. Arrange cinema inductions for new starters.
- Ensure you regularly attend surgeries / hot desk at agency with your team.
- Gain detailed understanding of agency objectives and key clients within their portfolio.
- Provide accurate and regular communication/business updates, forecasts and prem spot trackers / availability reports for your designated agencies.
- Grow an understanding of the wider AV and media market including the pro’s & con’s versus cinema.
- Gain thorough and confident understanding of Studios 1 pagers and send these out to agencies for all topline Studios requests.
- Respond to general telephone enquiries and work with team on sales pitches and briefs.
- Develop knowledge of film products, future releases and buying routes.
- Take responsibility for costing and preparation of bespoke sales pitches.
- Accurately monitor campaigns, report outcomes and create post campaign analysis.
- Ensure implementation to agreed standards and timeframes.
- Foster good working relationship with relevant agency personnel.
- Gain a good understanding and working knowledge of cinema trading parameters, marketplace and new DCM research pieces.
- Monitor trade press, national press and online bulletins for sales ideas and industry information.
- Undertake projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
- Create category and market updates to be used across the sales team.
- Regularly represent DCM at our events, including Film Clubs and Upfronts, to network and host our guests.
The person:: - Be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with Media Agencies

Salary:: £28-32k

    Job Purpose:
    To provide sales support to Agency Exec/Managers/Business Director on a portfolio of advertising agencies in order to maximise DCM revenue.
    Main Responsibilities:
