  • Client Lead

    You are:

    Main Responsibilities:
    Act as a brand ambassador for DCM
    Working closely with the HoC to create and implement a client strategy to increase the revenue generated from a specific category
    Develop meaningful client relationship within the category in order to understand their business objectives and challenge their perceptions of cinema where necessary
    Provide sales support within a specific agency patch
    Cultivate new client relationships via compelling reasons to use cinema touch points
    Work with Insight to provide new and compelling sales arguments for the category
    Execute the DCM entertainment strategy (exclusive screenings and premieres) as the basis for developing successful customer contacts, and deeper relationships
    Key Competencies
    Significant experience of the media market (8+ years indicative)
    Track record of successful and innovative client and agency sales
    Strong commercial exposure of building value/delivering consistent profitable results
    A track record of delivering client direct relationships and proposals
    Strong pro-active work ethic, a self-starter, with a persistent approach
    Attention to detail and strong presentation skills required
  • Activations Assistant (Maternity Cover)

    Events & Activations
    Responsible to:
    Head of Events & Activations
    Job purpose:
    Working closely with the Innovations team, supporting the admin and smooth running of all sponsorships, partnerships and bespoke campaigns alongside the Head of Events & Activations and Activations Executive.
    You are:

    An understanding and a passion for project management. Excellent organisational and personable skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships, and work within a team to ensure all admin and campaign support required is delivered to a business class standard.

    Proving the power of cinema and delivering business class B2C campaigns.

    For you to be an all-round player in the Events & Activations team, and for you to create highly productive relationships internally and externally that result in a business class campaigns.

    Main responsibilities:
    Support campaign management across all campaigns and in conjunction with the Head of Events & Activations and Activations Executive.
    Take responsibility for admin support across all campaigns, including keeping google docs up to date, filing of key assets, exhibitor and third party supplier liaison.
    Support Innovations team and key pitches by aiding on briefs via supplier contact, retrieving base quotes and creating accurate shopping lists of activity.
    Responsibility for small activations such as sampling campaigns.
    Attend weekly Innovations Meetings to ensure complete clarity of all live and pending campaigns.
    Monitor sponsorship and promotional activity for accuracy and delivery.
    Help to create and collate post campaign analysis for booked campaigns.
    Work closely with the Head of Events and Activations and Marketing and Events Exec to capture campaign highlights via photography, videography and case studies.

    Education & Qualifications:
    Microsoft Tools (Good understanding of Excel is a must)
