  • Agency Manager

    You are:

    Understanding and experience in the media market and sales operations. A desire to deliver exceptional service and results for advertisers and agencies. A passion for Cinema and Film.
    You will be:
    Driving revenue within an agency group and working collaboratively with all departments to deliver first class service both internally and externally.

    Main responsibilites:
    - Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
    - Negotiate business within portfolio to maximise return to DCM as agreed with Business Director.
    - Identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the customer base.
    - Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies.
    - Develop good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
    - Gain understanding of each agency’s objectives and the objectives of their clients.
    - Respond quickly and accurately to the customer base, providing excellent account management.
    - Accurate management of weekly numbers based tasks in terms of booked business, forecast projections and finance queries.
    - Ensure accurate set up and monitoring of booked campaigns.
    - Manage and develop a sales assistant.
    - Build understanding of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    - Present the case for cinema to agencies and clients.
    The person:
    - Able to demonstrate experience of outstanding client/customer management.

  • Finance Assistant / AP Accountant

    Job Purpose:
    To provide support to the DCM Finance Team with a focus on the AP side.

    Main responsibilities:
    - Record incoming supplier invoices in Microsoft Navision
    - Prepare bi -weekly payment runs for supplier purchase invoices
    - Management and monthly reconciliation of company credit card programme including processing and auditing claims from Expensify to Microsoft Navision
    - Auditing and processing of company cash expenses claims
    - Daily management of company cash book, including processing of cash payments.
    - Monthly reconciliation of all company bank accounts
    - Generation of monthly Exhibitor self-billing invoices
    - Prepare monthly payment run for all Exhibitors
    - Annual data gathering for Revenue Assurance Audit
    - Preparing monthly VAT reconciliations and then filing via digital platform on a quarterly basis to HMRC
    - Prepare reconciliations for AP and some GL balance accounts
    - Preparing and sending out department overhead reports
    Key competencies:
    - Studying (or desire to study) for professional finance qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
    - Strong ability to build rapport with key people (internal sales & external payment processors)
    - Experience of using Microsoft Navision or similar accounting suite
    - Strong excel skills, any knowledge of PowerBi reporting would be advantageous

  • Credit Controller

    Job Purpose:
    Management & Delivery of Credit Control Function

    - Delivery of end to end monthly billing process.
    - Recording and allocating of all cash receipts received.
    - Monthly balance sheet reconciliations for related Accounts Receivable accounts.
    - Delivery of monthly debtor reporting pack to senior staff.
    - Debtor query resolution and chasing of old debts.
    - Implementing policies around credit terms for new & existing customers.
    - Daily update of cashflow forecast for AR receipts and debtors.
    - Implementation of all other aspects of Credit Management policy document.
    Key competencies:
    - Media background, with good knowledge and experience of the industry and way of working.
    - Proven track record in a similar role.
    - Strong ability to build rapport with key people (internal sales & external payment processors).
    - Experience of using Microsoft Navision or similar accounting suite.
    - Strong excel skills, any knowledge of PowerBi reporting would be advantageous.
