  • Agency Manager

    You are

    Understanding and experience in the media market and sales operations. A desire to deliver exceptional service and results for advertisers and agencies. A passion for Cinema and Film.

    Delivering revenue within an agency group and developing growth in the sales team.

    Provide you excellent support from a knowledgeable Head of Sales, an experienced Trading Director, an industry renowned CEO and a skillful Marketing Director.

    Main Responsibilities:
    Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
    Negotiate business within portfolio to maximise return to DCM as agreed with Business Director.
    Identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the customer base.
    Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies.
    Develop good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
    Gain understanding of each agency’s objectives and the objectives of their clients.
    Respond quickly and accurately to the customer base, providing excellent account management.
    Accurate management of weekly numbers based tasks in terms of booked business, forecast projections and finance queries.
    Ensure accurate set up and monitoring of booked campaigns.
    Manage and develop a sales assistant.
    Build understanding of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    Present the case for cinema to agencies and clients.
    The Person
    Able to demonstrate experience of outstanding client/customer management.

  • Client Lead

    You are:

    Understanding and experience of delivering exceptional service to Clients directly. A passion for media, cinema and film.
    You will be:
    Driving revenue within a specific category.

    You to be a highly driven and motivated induvial with a collaborative style of working. Be confident communicating at a senior marketing and agency planning level with strong stakeholder management. Have established and highly productive relationships within your specific category.

    Provide you excellent support from an erudite Head of Client at a dynamic, market leading media owner.

    Main Responsibilities:
    Act as a brand ambassador for DCM
    Working closely with the HoC to create and implement a client strategy to increase the revenue generated from a specific category
    Develop meaningful client relationship within the category in order to understand their business objectives and challenge their perceptions of cinema where necessary
    Provide sales support within a specific agency patch
    Cultivate new client relationships via compelling reasons to use cinema touch points
    Work with Insight to provide new and compelling sales arguments for the category
    Execute the DCM entertainment strategy (exclusive screenings and premieres) as the basis for developing successful customer contacts, and deeper relationships
    Key Competencies
    Significant experience of the media market (8+ years indicative)
    Track record of successful and innovative client and agency sales
    Strong commercial exposure of building value/delivering consistent profitable results
    A track record of delivering client direct relationships and proposals
    Strong pro-active work ethic, a self-starter, with a persistent approach
    Attention to detail and strong presentation skills required
