  • Agency Manager

    You are:

    Driving revenue within an agency group and working collaboratively with all departments to deliver first class service both internally and externally.

    Main responsibilites:
    - Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
    - Negotiate business within portfolio to maximise return to DCM as agreed with Business Director.
    - Identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the customer base.
    - Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies.
    - Develop good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
    - Gain understanding of each agency’s objectives and the objectives of their clients.
    - Respond quickly and accurately to the customer base, providing excellent account management.
    - Accurate management of weekly numbers based tasks in terms of booked business, forecast projections and finance queries.
    - Ensure accurate set up and monitoring of booked campaigns.
    - Manage and develop a sales assistant.
    - Build understanding of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    - Present the case for cinema to agencies and clients.

  • First Line Support Analyst

    Job purpose:
    The purpose of the role is to provide customer focused support services to the business and to ensure those support services are delivered effectively and efficiently, within a culture of continual service improvement.

    You to be a highly driven and motivated individual with a collaborative style of working and an outstanding market reputation. Be confident communicating at a senior marketing and agency planning level with strong stakeholder management. Have established and highly productive relationships within your specific category. Identify and drive new business opportunities and category expertise.

    Responsibilities:
    − Act as a brand ambassador for DCM
    − Working closely with the HoC to create and implement a client strategy to increase the revenue generated from a specific category
    − Advocate for Cinema and challenge perceptions where necessary
    − Develop meaningful client relationship within the category to understand their business objectives, pressures, and challenge.
    − Cultivate new client relationships
    − Work with Insight to provide new and compelling sales arguments for the category
    − Execute the DCM entertainment strategy (exclusive screenings) as the basis for developing successful customer contacts, and deeper relationships
    − Deliver agreed targets
    − Provide client support to the Business Directors
    − Communicate client insight and market knowledge to the wider sales team
    − Create and identify new commercial opportunities
    Key competencies:
    − Track record of successful and innovative client and agency sales
    − Proven ability to deliver client direct relationships and proposals

  • Trading & Commercial Manager

    Job Purpose:
    Work with the CD to ensure strong trading relationships with all DCM Agency and Commercial Partners. Management of Agency Deals while working closely with Sales BD’s to ensure delivery of the deals and reporting on Key DCM KPI’s.

    Responsibilities:
    − Work with Commercial Director to implement and deliver Trading deals across our partners
    − Being principal contact for Agency Trading Teams
    − Working with Business Directors to monitor the compliance of deals within the agreed trading parameters amongst sales teams
    − Creating and Implementing trading strategy to maximise efficiency across inventory
    − Create strong relationships with peers to identify opportunities to drive business efficiencies – specifically within Sales, Marketing and Operations
    − Managing DCM barter portfolio and being principle contract for barter agencies
    − Managing DCM OOH relationship with appointed OOH contractor and leading contractual negotiations
