  • Agency Executive

    You are:

    Understanding and experience in the media market and sales operations. A desire to deliver exceptional service and results for advertisers and agencies. A passion for Cinema and Film.
    You will be:
    Assisting in the delivery of revenue within an agency group and working collaboratively with all departments to deliver first class service both internally and externally.

    Main responsibilities:
    Field general telephone enquiries and pass on sales briefs and messages to wider team.
    Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
    Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships to develop the customer base.
    - Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies.
    - Gain detailed understanding of agency objectives and key clients within their portfolio.
    - Provide accurate and regular communication/business updates and forecasts for your designated agencies.
    - Grow an understanding of the wider media market including the pros & cons versus cinema.
    - Respond to general telephone enquiries and work with team on sales pitches and briefs.
    - Develop knowledge of film products, future releases and buying routes.
    - Take responsibility for costing and preparation of bespoke sales pitches.
    - Accurately monitor campaigns and create post campaign analysis.
    - Ensure implementation to agreed standards and timeframes.
    - Foster good working relationship with relevant agency personnel
    - Gain a good understanding and working knowledge of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    - Monitor trade press, national press and online bulletins for sales ideas and industry information.
    - Undertake projects and other ad hoc duties as required
    - Create category and market updates to be used across the sales team.
    The person:

  • Agency Manager

    Main responsibilities:

    - Develop good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
    - Gain understanding of each agency’s objectives and the objectives of their clients.
    - Respond quickly and accurately to the customer base, providing excellent account management.
    - Accurate management of weekly numbers based tasks in terms of booked business, forecast projections and finance queries.
    - Ensure accurate set up and monitoring of booked campaigns.
    - Manage and develop a sales assistant.
    - Build understanding of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    - Present the case for cinema to agencies and clients.

  • Commercial and Trading Analyst

    You are:

    You will be:
    Using DCM sales data and producing meaningful analysis and insight to enable more effective strategic, tactical and operational decision-making.

    Job purpose:
    Use DCM sales data to produce meaningful analysis and insight. Business Intelligence will be the main focus of the role but you will also be responsible for the Data Integrity across the sales systems and work with the Trading & Commercial Business Director to recommend future requirements for the sales systems.

    The role falls into three parts:

    - Business Intelligence
    - Support Business Directors with Sales Data (Ad hoc requests/sales metric charts)
    - Data Integrity
    Main responsibilities:
    - A monthly business report tracking the key performance indicators of the business will be a key output
    - Analysis for the bi-monthly board reports focused on the sales performance

    Business intelligence

    As DCM continues to grow more emphasis is being placed on pricing/inventory/strategy and the reports/insights into sales performance will play a key role in future strategic decision making from the wider Trading Team onhow best maximise DCM revenue.

    - Responsible for gathering, producing and reporting on all the key sales metrics and providing narrative/insight.
    - DCM Revenue analysis – insights on trends, what’s going on in Sales
    - Inventory/Pricing Analysis
    - Providing explanations for data trends
    - Support sales Business Directors with Ad Hoc requests around sales performance, this may be from providing performance related charts for presentations to providing insight behind year-on-year changes, etc.

    Data Integrity

    - Responsible for the data integrity of the sales information submitted into Aston and consequently reported on.
    - End of sales week/monthly checks to ensure all information is correct and consequently the reports being produced are accurate.
    - Responsibility for ensuring the sales numbers which are being produced for the Board report are accurate and would provide insight/analysis for changes vs prior years/prior months etc. (DCM Board reports are produced circa bi-monthly)
    The person:
    - Be commercially driven with excellent analytical and numerical skills
    - Have first rate communication skills, both written and verbal

    - Knowledge of the UK media and advertising market
