  • Head of Client

    You are:
    Caring, Creative, Courageous and Collaborative – the values that DCM lives by.
    You have:
    Understanding and experience in the media market and sales operations. A desire to deliver exceptional service and results for advertisers and agencies. Be a strategic thinker with the capacity to implement new sales policies and ability to communicate at every level. A passion for Cinema and Film.
    You will be:
    Driving and leading the Client team and strategy.
    We want:
    Your market reputation to be outstanding and for you to create highly productive relationships both externally and with internal departments. You to run the client group with passion, energy and enthusiasm; including writing and developing the strategy, delivering targets, recruiting and managing your team, working to expenses and overhead budgets and developing new business.
    We will:
    Provide you excellent support from a knowledgeable Sales Director, an experienced Trading Director, an industry renowned CEO and a skilful Marketing Director.

    Main responsibilities:
    Act as a brand ambassador for DCM
    Ownership, creation and implementation of the client strategy to increase the revenue generated from the client team
    Deliver agreed targets
    Manage and develop the client team
    Retain a specific client category and develop meaningful relationship within this in order to understand their business objectives and pressures and challenge Cinema perceptions where necessary
    Work with Insight to provide new and compelling sales arguments for the category
    Provide client support to the Business Directors
    Create and identify new commercial opportunities
    Overall responsibility for converting top development clients
    Execute the DCM client entertainment strategy (exclusive screenings and premieres) as the basis for developing successful customer contacts, and deeper relationships
  • Client Lead

    You are:

    Understanding and experience of delivering exceptional service to Clients directly. A passion for media, cinema and film.
    You will be:
    Driving revenue within a specific category.
    We want:
    You to be a highly driven and motivated induvial with a collaborative style of working. Be confident communicating at a senior marketing and agency planning level with strong stakeholder management. Have established and highly productive relationships within your specific category.

    Provide you excellent support from an erudite Head of Client at a dynamic, market leading media owner.
