June features some of the summer’s stand-out films, including the return of one of the very best superheroes in a film that’s set to deliver 13 16-34 adult TVRs across the industry. There’s also a modern updating for one of the best horror films of the 1990s and this new version is written by Jordan Peele (Get Out, Us). There’s the small matter of the most exciting animated film in years from a true genius of the medium, and a much loved character makes the leap from the small screen.

Wonder Woman 1984

Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman is one of the best superhero films of recent years, and Gal Gadot was perfectly cast as Wonder Woman. This sequel follows Diana Prince in the mid-80s as she encounters Kristen Wiig’s excitingly cast villain, Cheetah. It should be one of the stand-out action films of 2020.
