Digital Cinema Media (DCM) has been given a Best Companies two-star accreditation for outstanding employee engagement.

This accreditation has been awarded due to DCM achieving a high score on the Best Companies survey, which examined the ins-and-outs of its company life and how staff really perceive its work environment, covering all areas of employee happiness and wellbeing.

Only 768 companies were accredited in the UK in 2016, with DCM ranking in the top half. DCM’s best workplace factors were Leadership, My Manager and Personal Growth, being particularly praised for its extremely collaborative and non-hierarchical structure, the training and personal growth opportunities available to all employees, as well as the company’s continual creative approach, with employees always striving to exceed all expectations.

Best Companies remains one of the most respected and accurate engagement surveys in the UK, with successful organisations receiving either an ‘Ones to Watch’, 1, 2 or 3 Star Best Companies Accreditation rating.

To celebrate this brilliant achievement, DCM hosted an afternoon of bubbles and nibbles for employees in its office bar on National Best Companies Day (26 February).
