Digital Cinema Media took part in this year's second annual Vue Cycle 100 with a team of four completing the tour of the Surrey Hills for charity.

The event, which starts and ends at the Foxhill Resort to raise funds for MediCinema and West London Day Centre, unfolded earlier today (Wednesday 5 July) and saw our team of six kitted out with bikes, helmets and pro jerseys as they took time out away from their desks at DCM to complete the challenge.

Tim Corbett, Head of IT; Chris Batten, Database Administrator, Steven Lorenzini, Business Director (Group M); Michael Pollard, Senior Agency Manager (Group M), Craig McFarlane, Innovation Manager (Opera); and Mike Freeman, Account Manager (Opera), all took part and have so far raised over £500.

In fact, Steven Lorenzini didn't just take part - he achieved the admirable feat of being named Fastest Climber on the day for taking Combe by storm. See below for a list of other special mentions:

Fastest Overall Finisher: Wayne Lamb (3:42:52)
Fastest Climber - Staples Lane: Daniel Mays   (5:00)
Fastest Climber - Leith: Thomas Hunt (08:05)
Fastest Climber - Combe: Steven Lorenzini (6:01)
Fastest Overall Team: Flying V(ista)
