DCM Shortlisted in the Campaign Inspiring Women Awards 2024

Three fantastic DCM team members have been shortlisted in the 2024 Campaign Inspiring Women Awards.

The Campaign Inspiring Women Awards, formerly the Campaign Female Frontiers Awards, champion women who are consistently pushing the boundaries and challenging the status-quo within the UK marketing, advertising, media and technology industries.

Sales Director Davina Barker has been shortlisted in the ‘Mentor of the Year’ category. This category recognises outstanding leadership and implementation of mentorship from a senior leader. Davina is shortlisted alongside Alisa Buckley, MD, Havas Media; Jade Dudley, Industry Manager, Google and Vicky Janaway, CCO, The Gate.

DCM Studios – Creative Production Lead Bridie Scriven and DCM Studios – Creative Gaby Kirk have been co-shortlisted in the ‘Conquering Creativity’ category. This category recognises inspirational women whose work and ideas have generated consumer excitement through top-of-class creative thinking. Bridie and Gaby are shortlisted alongside Helen Rhodes, ECD, BBH; Jo Moore, ECD, House 337; Monica Hayes, Vice President, Factual Marketing, BBC Studios and Nic McCarthy, Global Head of Creative Excellence, Wavemaker.

DCM’s CEO Karen Stacey will chair the panel of esteemed judges for this year’s awards. Stacey was awarded CEO of the Year at last year’s awards.

The winners will be announced on Thursday 7 March at an awards ceremony at 30 Euston Square, and will include a panel session titled "Making the C-suite fit for purpose for women".
