DCM reveals first rebrand in more than a decade

Inspired by cinema, our new-look website and identity reimagines the iconic big-screen brand for the modern age.

We've launched a new-look brand and website for the first time in more than a decade.

Introducing a rich colour palette, new typeface and logo refresh that retains its signature mark, our modern rebrand aims to set a new standard of accessibility for the business.

“A decade on and with cinema in-vogue, it was time for a refresh worthy of the modern, cutting-edge brand DCM has become,” said Karen Stacey, CEO, Digital Cinema Media. “Our rich resource of data and creativity is now more accessible, with a website built to serve the user experience. We're representing media’s most premium AV medium and now, we have the looks to match.”

Reimaging a big screen brand

DCM’s website remains the go-to resource for all things cinema advertising, redesigned with Built by Buffalo to introduce effortless navigation. The new Intertight typeface delivers DCM’s message with greater clarity.

To set the tone as cinema advertising’s leading voice, we took inspiration from the big screen to introduce an expansive new colour palette drawn from cinema classics. Each colour pairing was chosen to heighten the visual distinction and impact of DCM’s broad range of services.

Together, the new look transforms the user experience of media planners seeking the latest admission data, case studies, cinema planning tools and creative work. And makes the experience highly accessible to all.

Ten years of great advertising

From DCM Upfronts to our regular industry Film Clubs, DCM’s year-long event schedule has received a major visual upgrade. This includes the upcoming Digital Cinema Media Awards, celebrating its tenth anniversary with a glamourous new-look designed by DBLG.

And DCM’s evolution extends to the company’s office, renovated in line with the new branding and reconfigured to deliver a more supportive and expansive workspace.

A new era for the company, DCM’s all-encompassing rebrand keeps the media owner’s sights firmly on the future.
