Digital & 3D
Every multiplex will have a digital screen by the end of 2010, with all screens being converted to digital by the end of 2011. Digital screens bring many benefits to advertisers including:
- Reduced production cost as no need to convert adverts into 35mm or 70 mm and incentives to brands new to cinema advertising
- Shorter lead times reduced from 4 weeks to 2 weeks allowing copy changes during a campaign
- Impacts are monitored using actual weekly admissions data provided by Nielsen EDI. In the event of over delivery, those additional impacts are free of charge.
- The Digital Package is available by nationally or by TV region
Production
Cinema commercials are shown on 35mm and 70mm film or increasingly 3D and digital. If your advert has already been produced for TV transferring it for cinema is simple, we can take care of everything for you.
Clearance
All cinema adverts need to be cleared before production by the Cinema Advertising Association and the BBFC to ensure your campaign meets industry standards.
