Youth response to FTRC entertainment show idea

The idea of FTRC - From the Red Carpet was discussed with a focus group of 15 -34 year olds, to see if it would interest them

Pilot show of FTRC - From the Red Carpet

  • Both groups agreed the clip was a suitable length – any shorter and would’ve been too thin on the ground and any longer would have dragged.
  • The advertising was felt to be appropriate, subtle and not too in your face. 
  • Both groups liked the “sneaky peek”, punchy aspect and felt like they were being let into a secret with the “out-takes” nature which is not normally broadcast. 
  • They also agreed there should be a funny, tongue-in-cheek tone but not too crass.
