Hop

Russell Brand’s latest big screen family adventure Hop has topped the UK box office on its debut weekend of release. Meanwhile Jake Gyllenhaal’s science fiction thriller Source Code also opened this weekend to second place grossing £1.3m, it ranks just behind recent sci-fi thrillers Limitless (£2.1m) and The Adjustment Bureau (£1.4m).

Last week’s number one Limitless has been pushed to number three ahead of Zack Snyder’s Sucker Punch.
